just thought that i'd share this with my TSX owners. I have had just terrible experience with radly acura during my last visit a month ago.
Not only did change my engine/tranny oil and a tire balance and rotate take 7 hours (that was with an appointment and no loaner cars to give on a nice sunny Saturday), but they didn't even wash the car without me insisting and when they went out to wash my car, they ended up putting fine scratches on my trunk and passanger side fender.
They also managed to hit the curb with my passanger side front rim. AND they denied all of this and refused to fix their mistakes.
This is all before they decided to hit me with a $380 bill.
Now i'm not here to start bad mouthing them as I have been a customer there for over 7 years (pervious car was in integra purchased from them, and now my 06 TSX), but i've just had a sour taste in my mouth about them ever since.
Now i plan on going to somewhere else, even if it is 25 miles away. can anyone of you recommend any other dealership?
I need to get my driverside seat cover replaced, its just creased up badly, and the car is a 06 tsx. It has 25K miles and well under warrenty.
