spotted a Red TSX with kit in Davie area

yea so i went to go pay a ticket for my lil bro in Davie across from NSU and i spotted a Red TSX with Honda caps on its stock wheels and a lip kit, looked like a Euro-R with a Greddy exhaust if i'm correct. i wanna meet that person cuz its not many Red TSX i've seen my red ones the only one i've seen hooked up till now.

i wanna meet up with him yo. i saw the car on University by the Chicken Kitchen and Wendys when i went to go pay my lil bro's speeding ticket but it wasn't on the side by wendy's.
