It depends on a few things actually. I have a few friends who have had them done and one says the pain went away less than a week and a friend who had pain more than a week! It depends on the incision, where it was done, the doctor, etc. So, it basically varies from person to person.

And there have been methods where there is no visible scarring! Believe me, I have seen a few breastesses in my time (consider where I work :p) and there are a few patients that I've had who had breast implants done and you can't really see the scars! On some, you can tell if they are real and some you can't!

But since I've seen more breastess than most of you men combined...I can tell what's fake and what isn't! :grinno:

Actually, there are a few that feel a bit natural. It totally depends on the level of exercise that individual puts in after getting implants! These exercises are done to keep them soft and natural looking! You can tell which woman has done them consistently and who hasn't! I have one friend who didn't do her exercises regularly and her breasts look and feel like rocks! hahahaha It's not pretty! And I have another friend who did them consistently and her boobies look nice and natural! Very soft to the touch! So, it definitely depends on who does the exercises! ;)

Breast implants only feel/look fake if they jump too many cup sizes. Girls should only get breast implants and jump up 1.5-2 cup sizes max. If you're an A cup, don't even bother.
