Super Noob Question - Tein SS parts

So I received my Tein SS coilovers and I noticed that it came with two of these gold rings. My question is what are they for and is there only supposed to be 2 and not 4??:

Maybe for that area in ur engine bay where the CO's bolt threads through. I dnno.

that goes derictly on top of the springs before you put the factory ruber pieceon top of it. this only applies to the front springs
