esp. when you're talking about a k series motor. you wont even be able to trade your motor for a b-series motor with $200. you're gonna need to dish out around 3-5 g's depending on which k-series motor you're looking for.

No... $200 is not gonna get you anything, and who would need a D15z engine right now honestly??

If your plan is to do an Engine Swap, I don't think K-series will do you any good. You will need ALOT of components to make it to work. Labor is more like $1K-2K depending on if you get any hook up. Try to do B-Series, like B16 or B18C swap, there's alot of parts on the market that you would get it for cheap. But still, a FULLY functional B18C is like $3000+USD at least... sooo...
