need help with brakes

i installed the hawk pads about 3 months ago original rotors, but now they started squealing and it doesn't stop i don't know what it is, it sounds like there is something rubbing the rotor but i am not sure, i also just finished installing the tien ss. if anyone can give me an idea

okay i got i took out all four tires i noticed that the back brakes.

you try to take it apart and put it back ?

I have that squeal too, some say use brake cleaner....
