are those pics of the rims with the TSX at stock height...or lowered? how much tread is left on the tires? whats the overall condition of the rims? scratches, chips, curb rash, etc? any rubbing issues?

There are less than 3k miles on the tires. Tread is excellent. The rims are as near perfect as you can get, no scratches, curb rash or blemishes. I can email some additional pics to you this week. The car was lowered on Tein S Techs, about a 1.5" (1.7" Front and 1.3" Rear) drop around. Absolutelty no rubbing issues and truthfully they rode much better than my stock rims with Michelins.
