So after having these for almost a year now I finally got around to installing them the other weekend. They were and absolute pain in the ass to install. Thanks to memphis for helping me or I would still probably be installing them right now.

hey colt what battery are you running. I know it's probably stupid to replace a 2006 tsx battery already, but i'm not the only one who is dissatified with its performance, and i'm not so sure about adding a sub and stuff to this stock battery without having reliability issues. Heard optima red tops won't fit.
BTW Sweet engine bay, i wish i had the money to throw into hoses like that, def. a nice piece.

Dremel= Best tool ever lol... Yep that was a Fun install, though a good time in general, minus the fact that I now want most of the mods you have...

Wish i had bought the cusco oil can instead of the greddy. Your oil can set up looks 10 times better than mine.

Hey Colts,
DId you replace the Coolant with something else or did u use the same OEM Acura recommended coolant? DO you have any in progress pics of the install as well?
Thanx
MemphisRheins
05-02-2007, 11:09 PM
We didnt take any pictures, its pretty straight foward... and used the OEM Acura Coolant

Bottom hose was a PITA actually, but its just because of location, not actual difficulty.... Its significantly easier with the Manual, because you can just remove the radiator

Thanks Memphis,
I just recieved my hoses from aj racing today and I plan on installing them this weekend. If there is any other suggestions as far as the install goes please chime in. THANX.

It was pretty straight foward, was just difficult to get the clamps off the bottom hose, we ended up dremeling one clamp off, and buying another one from the local auto parts store, also wear a shirt you dont really care about, since it is likely youll get some fluid on you...

i just stuck the two bolt holes around the battery tie down post.
somehow, the color doesn't look right in the engine bay, too bright.
