The real Euro R weights significantly less then the TSX, and has many differences, so the Euro R suspension really wouldn't be much of an improvement.
Jason (Colticehockey) has the Euro R Tein Flex Coilovers in his car, it rides softer because the TSX Flex has stiffer spring rates and dampers then that from the Euro R
Just buy an aftermarket kit, it will probably be cheaper, and youll be better off
Stiffer springs and damping = harsher ride, not softer.
Euro R suspension would be stiffer than stock suspension, even allowing for the car being heavier.
As already said, go for 3rd party as you'll get better value for your money with being able to adjust the suspension more to your liking and style of driving.
I'd suggest a chat with AMR Engineering over on Honda Tech forums for custom spring rates and damping for the same sort of money Tein and others will cost - if not less. And it's hand built to order, rather than off the shelf tweaked which some stuff is.

Colt's car rides SOFTER because it has SOFTER springs and SOFTER Dampening, Colt has the Tein Flex for the Euro R... now I have the Tein Flex for the TSX, and my car rides HARDER due to the STIFFER springs and STIFFER Dampening... got it?
I still think you'd be far better buying an aftermarket suspension, rather then that of the Euro R, the Suspension for the Euro R is Engineered for the euro R, there are some big differences in the two cars, so honestly, get one that a company put the R&D into, and Designed it around the TSX's specific needs.

Please don't waste $$ on stock Euro r suspension - most Euro R owners I know change their suspension almost immediately - way too soft and biased towards cushy comfy ride - makes it too soft in corners/bends.
And since the TSX weighs more, it'll be even worse!!!

Thanks for the input. I was looking for something a little better than the aspec kit thats still oem. I am baffaled at why the stock tsx has so much body roll from the factory. I just picked up a 2007 rdx tech the other day and the suspension on that is stiff and amazing... I was just thinking that the suspension on the euro r would be a litter better than the aspec.

Aftermarket sways and struts should help quite a bit in that department
Stockish (no suspension work):

As you can see in that pic, there's still some significant roll with the stock suspension, however its 100 times better then the roll in the first pic,
