There has been quite a bit of hype about the 128i and 135i from BMW. Looks cool, and nicer than the 3 series, but wished they would bring in a 4 door hatchback. Might consider to replace my wife's TSX with that when it comes into full distribution in north america next year. But then again, Honda is revamping the Accord which means the new generation TSX will probably get a whole new cool look as well.

I dunno...if the X3 was an indication of moving a big SUV to a smaller SUV for the masses, then the 1 series (at least the first few years) will be cheap and plasticky and look like a over priced tercel. The X3 looks nice now but the first gen, how the heck did you sell a newer BMW with plastic non painted bumpers?

I've seen the 120i hatchback when I was in Taiwan back in 2005, its nice, but wish it was sold in the US. The coupe doesn't look bad, but considering how much the new 3 series are now it seems that this will help BMW keep a car for under $30k.

I was hoping 128 starting @ 25k and 135 starting @ 30k
You know you'd need to add another 7-10k options for these...
they aint Acura...... boo...
This is exactly wat I want....a smaller version of 3.... :D

Hmm.... 128i looks good on paper...135i even better haha. I wonder how much it is in Canada cause we all know Canadian dealers mark up cars at least 20% higher then our US counterparts.
I hope this doesn't go the way of the 3 Series ti.
