Lighting Problem PLEASE HELP!!

I had put in the 9-LED blue interior lights yesterday...however, whenever I turn my car off, there seems to be a dim blue light coming from only the passenger side map light, AND if i leave the dial in the "off" position on the dome light in the back, a faint blue dim is visible.
Why is that?
and How can I address it?
It's really annoying because even when I lock up my car and walk away, the map light is still there.

ummm from what I've heard on the boards it's because LED's require such a small amount of power to be lit that often times just the "residual" power in the line keeps them partially lit. I think that an inline stabilizer might solve the problem.
