How to do better 0-60mph with just whatever you have in your car.
AT tranny. Please dont flame me.
How can I do better time with AT tranny in both D and SS Mode.

NOt much you can do about the launch on an AT... both in fully auto and SS mode you can probably get a better launch by power braking. and SS will give a better 0-60 time by probably a second or so. other than that, not much you can do.

:sprint: yeah we cant do much =/
but ill take SS over AT just because its more fun.

fully depress the brake with ur left foot, then revup the engine until the limited 2k rpms, then release the brake. lol

remove any unwanted weight from ur car.... bag, golf clubs, gf's etc etc...
it makes a big diff

I have been a Car and Driver subscriber for nearly 20 years now, and my recollection is that they have always gotten better acceleration numbers on manumatic cars with leaving the trans in D. The lag nearly all manumatics have on upshift is what kills it.
Otherwise, get some engine mods and take the bricks out of your trunk.
