Do a search on 'amp' and you'll find LOTS of info.

Why would you want to the TSX comes with an from the factory. Your better off changing all the speakers if you want to amp them.

Change all the speakers, sound quality is much clearer. Average cost of 3 sets of speaker is about $300 from ebay and about $50 for speaker harnesses and speaker brackets from Crutchfield (comes with instructions). I had infinity kappas installed and they're 2ohm so you have to turn the volume a little louder, but I'm sure 4ohm would sounds great also. Warning, any modification to the stereo does void the electrical part of the warranty.

It's pretty easy to remove the door panel. I had crutchfield's instructions. I had to drill new holes for the bracket and widen the door panel speaker plastic shield by cutting all around. What I had trouble with most was the tweeter wiring because it was short. I pulled the wire to the side and extended the cable before connecting to the tweeter. Just take your time and try not to scratch or break any of the plastic clips and you should be fine. Take your time. I don't have a scanner, but search for door panel removal. I didn't install the front crossover because its already build into the factory amp. Good luck.
