I don't think you would get much more for your mod TSX compared to a stock TSX. If you have the time and the original parts, you could return to stock and sell the mod parts for a lot more money.
There are a lot of folks who would kill for the JDM headlights (internet price $650-$725 + tax + shipping + 3-6 month wait / your price $450-$500 + shipping + 4-5 days UPS ground shipping). JDM headlights on my CGP would look so nice on my TSX, especially at $450 instead of $725.
Non TSX forum buyers don't understand a mod bug and assume the TSX is used for racing or it was thrashed by owner on a daily basis. You might get 50%-70% of your money back on mods if you part out the TSX and sell the mods separately and then sell the car.

well my car is an 05 in very good condition with 27K Miles. i would be planning on returning it back to stock and selling off the JDM Headlights/Tailights and everything else you see listed on my Mods i have done to the car. b/c i know the dealer would be giving me money for it stock since it would be a certified pre-owned. i have all the stock parts to throw back on the car. i'm planning on probably getting the Honda Pilot or Acura MDX.

Stock, the blue book for your car is $20,825 in california....im a dealer, thats a dealers book....not the kbb.com stuff which is pretty crap.
a dealer would probably offer you $1k-2k under book. you could probably sell for $2k over book privately IMO. so lets say i would list it at $23k and see what offer you get....or if you want to make it interesting, take off a buck, $29,999 on autotrader and craigslist...stock. as long as the body is good, no accidents, no paintwork, good brakes and good tires (at least 50% tread) i could imagine $23k to be reasonable.
its unfortunate, however a Auto is worth more than 5 spd in the resale market...although they cost the same. but if you get the right buyer it could work.
i also say keep the aftermarket parts in your garage for a couple weeks and see if the buyer of the car wants to buy some :) make it easy on you.
