Hi Guys,

We finally did some dyno testing on the TSX with our products. The TSX we used is a 2004 TSX (AT) with 22000km.

We will be doing few dyno runs in this few days and here's the one that we have done this morning.

Dyno Run 3 is stock : 155.6whp
vs
Dyno Run 4 is dynoed with T1R Grounding kit and Voltage stabilizer 160.7whp

From 3750rpm to 4500rpm, we saw a good 3.5whp gain and from 4850rpm to 6000rpm 5whp gain. 6000rpm to redline , there's 3-5whp as well. We also see a good improvement in torque from 3750rpm till redline :)

We will be dynoing the T1R Test pipe tomorrow and we will post as soon as we get that done.

Thanks
Ben

Your T1R testpipe should pair with the T1R exhaust... will see a much bigger gain.
BTW: Which grounding point did you ground? Got a pix of your engine bay?

We will be dynoing the test pipe tomorrow and the exhaust day after, we'll see.

Here's the pic :)

The stock exhaust isn't THAT restrictive - if anything, the next big gain would come from the manifold or the J's Racing intake.

@ AJR - Put the whole lot on with a TODA manifold and let's see definitively what the change in output is without a Hondata remap.
That would be of major interest to most members and lurkers here.

Will be posting the dyno for the test pipe soon!

You got a good point. Dual to Dual, not too much of a difference but dual to single, the single 63/70mm will show you how restrictive is your stock exhaust. From a single exhaust you will see atleast 8-15+whp depending on 60 or 70mm.

5whp from some electrical work WOW impressive.

is our electrical system really that restrictive

It is not restrictive and indeed the TSX ground system is not perfect plus the voltage changes a lot while under load throttle. With the T1R components, it made quite a bit of difference :)
