The installation of this is quite easy. It's almost like installing the Hondata IMG. iIf you are familiar with that then its cake.

I have installed this gasket on my own and friends car, as well as the hondata one.

I have both the Hondata gasket and the P2R gasket and they work great. Even after a good drive, I can put my hand on my intake manifold and it's warm, not hot like before the install. So in turn these gaskets will reduce intake air temperatures, also more when paired with the TB coolant bypass.
