Hello people. I have 2 set of volk racing wheels.
The 1st one is TE37 17"x7.5 +40 offset with stock rubber.
2nd set is LE28N 18"x7.5 +43 with some cheap rubber.

Here comes picture of TE37:

As most of you know, our stock offset is +55, how about +40??? it is like sticking out for 15mm compared to stock.
Actually, it sticks out a bit... but I think less than 5mm. But, it looks ok imo.
Here is some pic showing you how far it sticks out.

This time, the offset is +43, and I have 235/40/18 tire.

So as a conclusion.
+40 with 7.5" is a fit!
+43 with 7.5" also a fit!
235/40/18 tire will also fit if offset is ok!
No rubbing at all (but I did not lower my car)

another important info:
The stock wheel weight about 22lbs
the 17" TE37 is 15.8 lbs
the 18" LE28N is 15 lbs.

However with tire:
the TE37 with tire = 38 lbs
the LE28N with tire = 40 lbs

I am now having the 16" stock accord wheels on my car and it has 205 on the tire. To be honest, I think the 235 width is only good for fast conering. the 205 tire is actually better and more fun... feel like the steer is lighter. And the unsprung weight really helps/kills the performance. So, I would say the TE37 combo I have is the best option I have got. But, of course, for looks, I will put the LE28N. hee hee.....

The TE-37s gets my vote. Ideally suited to the car. All you need to do is to drop the car an inch or so all round, minus a bit of camber and it'll be perfect in the handling department with looks.

hee... I gone thru the process... I picked the LE28N...
really, I like the TE37 better.
however, CE28N is approximately 2 lbs lighter than TE37 if same size.
at first, I thought about bronze, but to many copies out there are bronze colour... then silver... I just don't like silver... only gun metal and gold left. I decided to pick gold b/c no one has it on tsx yet lol. (have seen a few gunmetal already)

hee... no... the TE37 was for my old Accord.... the LE28N is for TSX.
however, I don't need the TE37 now... gonna either use it as winter tires, or just sell it.
