I'm sorry, but how on earth can this NOT cost Bush his job??
"Oops, sorry we invaded your country and killed thousands of your citizens. Our bad. At least Saddam is gone now." :o
"Tragically, the intelligence failure set forth in this report will affect our national security for generations to come," he said.
"Our credibility is diminished; our standing in the world has never been lower. We have fostered a deep hatred of Americans in the Muslim world, and that will grow."
Wonderful.

So, what kind of spin...I mean what about this recent news?

No big deal...right? It's OK, as long as you are a Democrat. If it was Condi Rice, the Democrats would have her in an orange jumpsuit sitting in a cell next to Martha Stewart.

Since when is intelligence ever perferct? I mean the people who we are getting intelligence from are involved in illegal schemes themselves. We just have to determine their credibility. Inteligence is never perfect, and the President just has to make the decision based on what intelligence he has, and what he thinks is reliable. Obviously if in fact there are no WMD, then all the Senators who voted to go to war were wrong as well. So the Senators can make mistakes but the President cannot?
