It's the touch button in the top left corner of the map display.
I think I explained that correctly...too lazy to go look up the exact terminology in the owners manual. :)

both..depends on the mood i am in :)
Agree with johnej. BTW, if you zoom out about 3-4 levels from the closest setting, you have no choice as the system only views with North at the top.

What are you talking about Joker, you don't even have a Navi.
So what else could you have that's pointing north?! On second thought, let's not even go there... :jester:

It's the touch button in the top left corner .....
R U sure? It's the top right on mine.
I usually have N pointing up (default). But sometimes (not often) I switch, when for whatever reason I want to be seeing it according to where the car is pointed.

Yes, you must live in bizzarro world where everything is opposite. ;)
Speaking of Navis... Had the chance to drive my nephews '00 Ody with a 1st generation Navi and couldn't help come away amazed how much progress has been made since then.
We really do take stuff for granted unless you own an older model Honda/Acura with a Navi.
For example, the screen size is significantly smaller (~5" vs 7"), the menu options are noticeably fewer, only 1 female voice option with less than perfect diction and of course no voice recognition features.
Still a good system, but really old technology by comparison. The only real positive I found is the disclaimer screen disappears in a fraction of the time of the current system?

Cool..... but why have a womens voice...If you are married does that not remind you of your wifes voice....
At least their is no personality in computers, can you imagine a navi unit with your wifes personality??
Hey, perhaps the next generation Navi will offer "choice of voices?" You can have it emulate a number of pre-installed voices or download others?
Perfect for Joker - Voice of Gretsky telling him to make that left slapshot
