2009 TSX gauges.

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone has any pictures of the 2009 TSX's gauges lit up at night, as well as the center stack? I'm just curious if they light up the same blue as the first gen TSX.

no, there is a more purple ring that lits up around the cluster...I don't mind it, its very different than my 06. I like it better than the current TL but still give an edge to my 06 TSX cluster. It would not be a deal breaker, in fact, i have put my name on an 09 in PWP with aero kit...hope I won't regret it. I am still not in love with the front but prefer the back look of the 09, i find my 06 a bit too tall and slim...ironically, thats how I like my women :)

i drove the 09, its nice and everything, feels a bit faster then the 08. I try not to think about the front of the car. The interior looks nice, i think its not really "better" then the 08 just different, its not so bad, i like the new interior and i feel there is more room in it.

I agree, those 3 inches do make a difference....more than I thought it would!

thats why i said "feels" i think they did a good job on the way the car delivers the torque.

The gauges look off to me, too used to having the tach start at 6oclock.

I wish that they had kept that unique feature. It would have helped w/ the sport/performance angle Acura is trying to push.

I have read a couple of reviews/comments that have stated that the 2009 TSX feels faster off the line ... maybe its psychological bc they know that there is now more torque.

That's because you go slower in your 09 (think about how NOS in fast & the furious makes everything blurry). I saw a video where they zoomed into the 09's gauges...It doesn't seem as crisp as my 06...I'd have a harder time with the 09.

The front grille still is horrible...the Acura designers must be in their 90's....they're finding ways to tack on more chrome. Now if mugen could delete that chrome with a mugen grille or something...

I do not own an 09- only test drove one-I love my 06 and plan keeping it at least another year. Heading to San Diego area on Wednesday. Be on the lookout. I have to agree with you that front grille is not appealing:crying:
