With the 09's coming out this week will the dealership sell the 08's considerably lower in price from the invoice price to get them off the dealership?
I want to buy an 08' this summer because IMO it looks more cleaner and the body styling is just so daymn slick. Does anyone think there will be any brand new 08's left at the dealerships around mid-August? If so, do you guys think I can negotiate the price to a little under 25k for the non-navi if I make a 8k down payment? When do you think the all the 08's will be sold from the dealerships?

Colin or another sales person could probably better answer this but I think that all dealerships have taken their last shipments of 2008s. Meaning, only if they don't sell what they currently have, will there be one in August. In which case, I am sure you could get it very cheap but you are gonna have to take what they have & not get picky about colors or navi.

You can pick up a non navi model in SoCal for $26,130 currently. My guess will be there will be no 08's left come August. The price you pay has nothing to do with your down payment......the dealer gets paid in full for the car regardless of your down payment.

Was that $26,130 sticker price? Also, which part of SoCal is that from, OC or LA?

$26,130 is the sales price + tax/license in LA or OC using CarsDirect.com. The MSRP sticker is $28,905. Acura 101 West, Tustin Acura, and South Coast Acura are some of the dealers that have honored this price with or without using CarsDirect.com. Just go directly to the fleet sales manager and bypass the sales people.
