2nd gen TSX or what else?

well looks like the wife is going to take the RDX fulltime so now I have to get myself a new car. I've had a 2004 and 2006 TSX so i'm quite aware what the new 09 brings to the table. Question is.. i'm up here in Canada, a loaded navi tsx is $40k cdn. what else is comparable and what else should I consider looking it? let's assume that i have a set budget of 40k cdn and nothing higher and want ALL the features of the 09 navi tsx.

I'd rather get the IS250 (starting at 31k) over the 09 TSX. The IS350 is 43k.

I'm not sure how different it is in Canada. I'm wanting all the features the loaded TSX has and any other cars I have looked at are way more expensive once they have those upgrades.

I briefly spoke with a salesperson at a local acura dealership. she's trying to sell me tech / auto and basically raved about the rear view camera and the spectacular fuel economy "of a civic" in a TL-style package.
