BOSTON, Massachusetts (CNN) -- Sen. John Kerry pulled a convention-eve surprise Sunday night, taking time out from his swing across the country to attend a baseball game in Boston between the Red Sox and their hated rivals, the New York Yankees.

His first-ball pitch was darn good, terrific.
But the guy who was playing catcher just stood there, so it looked like it was short.

We're guessing he's a Republican. :D

Just want to try and keep the mud slinging to a minimum, so that we can discuss/debate things in a mature manner.

Wimp is worse.

"Pussy" seems obviously like an unthinking epithet from someone who just doesn't have anything meaningful to say, so you can just discount it.

But "wimp" is bad.
