Place to get springs installed

Anyone know of a good shop north of DC where I can get my springs installed that won't charge an arm and a leg? What about a place to get an alignment afterwards?

not sure about springs, cause my friend did it...but i did my alignment at NTB/Merchants (same thing) paid about $110 for one year of unlimited alignments. given the crappy roads in my area and all the speed bumps and what not, figure it'd be worth it. they do a good job.
