No specifics, so all we can do is guess.
......The company declined to specify the name of the model, what Honda vehicle it is based on, when it will be launched or its price range, except to say that it will be smaller and less expensive than the MDX sport-utility. That Canadian-made SUV is typically priced around $40,000.
It sounds like a good move for Honda, said Mike Chung, pricing and market analyst for consumer Web site Edmunds.com. "This could be the sort of entry-lux vehicle that really is appealing to a lot of people -- people who want the convenience of an SUV, but not the size of the MDX."......
P.S. Did y'all know the MDX is made in Canada? :donno:

Probably an upscale CR-V... since the RAV4 is made by Toyota! :D

I think I knew that..... :D
The reason I said RAV4 is I haven't driven the CR-V or been in one, so I don't really know it.
But sure -- what SJ said. :tard:
Just for the heck of it, I took a look in Consumer Guide to see what they say about the RAV4 and the CR-V. The thing about Consumer Guide is they have these 10 categories where they write a couple of sentences and give a score for every car, so it's easy to do side-to-side comparisons of any two cars. I don't know of any other source that works so well for this.
And about these two cars, it's funny.....While they like the CR-V a lot better and it gets a significantly higher total score, the two cars rank about the same in the kinds of things we care about the most, like acceleration, handling, and ride.
BTW even though they're in the same "class," the CR-V is quite a bit bigger and heavier than the RAV4.
