Can you relax the 4 character min on the search function if there are other terms involved with an AND conjunction?

for example, if I want to search for 'NY and area' that would be very useful.

Also, perhaps enable search for a specific phrase, enclosed in quotes, like "fog lights"

Works with 3 letter words now just be very careful in using words like "and" too many times if many people do it at ones it may cause a server overload I will keep an eye on it.
