brakes suck again

well i will be taking my car in for the brakes again on tuesday morning for the brakes not werking like they r supposed to. i have about 700 or 800 miles on them since they just fixed them for the third time. i love the car but damn this sucks.

sounds like you have a defective brake master cylinder..

they already replaced the master cylinder the first time. then on the third time they replaced my left front caliper and lines. so whatever it is. it sucks cuz i only have 9100 miles on my car now. hate to do it but i already faxed my paperwerk to lemon law and they r handling my case so hopefully this gets resolved quick.

actually did they bleed out your brake system/circuit properly/completely??

if not.. get them to do it...

it seems as though you have too much air the brake lines.

You could have a faulty brake servo or the vaccum to the brake servo is leaking or blocked. Air is also another factor that makes the brakes spongy and ineffective.

they replaced the modulator and the brakes r werking now. just waiting for my lemon law to go thru so i can get rid of the car.

Strange never heard of a modulator in the brake system. Maybe it could be the bios valve.

sorry to ask.. but can you tell me what lemon law is? Us Canadian have never heard such laws :P

Thanks for the clarification on the abs modulator, so that what it is called. Glad you have got you brakes solved. Do invest on better pad as i do fine that the the orignal pads are too hard causing heat bulid up and may be the caused of ruined rotors.

OMG I have the same exact problem. My brakes are too soft and the padal goes almost to the floor. I had it replaced twice before. First time, I had my rotors and brake pads replaced. The second time they bleed the brake fluid thinking there is maybe air in the fluid. Now it happened again! Everytime I replace it, it last about 300 miles and then it happens again. I'm going through a lemon law lawyer right now as well.
