I need a NJ traffic lawyer

I was caught speeding in Freehold (63 in a 35 zone). The "Court Appearance Required" box is checked. I was clean for 2.5 years, all my points are gone and now this happens.

I too was caught by a pig for doing a 72 in a 50 the other day, I have contacted a lawyer locally and hope everything gets straighten out, I too may have to goto court for this. My record has been clean for 5 years and this shiet happens. Damn patrolling city revenue collectors!:mad: Hope you find a lawyer for your situation.

I am sorry to hear about your ticket and wish I knew of a lawyer...but I was wondering what you mean when you referenced "all my points are gone." I am from Texas, so our traffic laws are probably a lot different.

In NJ, every year you have no traffic violations, your points (if you had any) are forgiven at a rate of (as far as I remember) 3 /year. So if you got 2 speeding tickets and received 6 points for that, you'd have to be spotless clean for 2 years to get rid of these points.
