Navi DVD in the trunk!

I was afraid they would do this - it really robs the trunk of useful storage space! THey should have mounted it sideways on the side - I guess that will be my first mod - hope they left the cable long enough to reposition..

It really isn't that bad. I have had CD changers that have taken up more room. :)

Did you ever move the dvd player to the side? If so did you have to get a new cable??

Y'know, that was a great suggestion by Ray.
I wonder why they didn't do it that way......

First thought: They didn't want the slight asymmetry of weight that this would have caused. But what the hey, the thing doesn't weigh hardly anything.
