Has anyone had an issue with condensation caught in a headlight? I am taking it in for service this week. I was told that it is covered under warranty, but I just wanted to know if someone else has had this problem? I guess the headlight wasn't sealed properly.

It's a feature!

Kidding aside, every time I visit the dealer, there is at least one car in for the same problem. Not sure what causes it but it's fairly common.

Yes, common problem. Dealership should replace lamp assembly FOC.

It was a widespread problem in the U.S. ACCORD, and was part of that recall of some months ago.
It has been reported in some TSX's but hasn't been widespread.

Salt what?

My drivers' side was fogged, and they replaced BOTH headlight assemblies and bulbs free of charge and I'm already out of the 60,000km bumper-to-bumper warranty. I did just buy the car from them though (Camco Acura in Ottawa, ON) with 72,000 on the clock.

It helps to be really nice, sincere, and not demanding. Just know what you want but don't get all pushy or cocky, and they should bend over backwards to satisfy you as a customer in the hopes of you buying your next car there, etc...
