Alloy wheels scraped... [Archive]

Today I got too close to a curb and my alloy wheel got a couple of scrapes. Is there a recommended way of softening the burrs (buff, file, something else) ??

I agree with robert_tg - it'll happen. I've just gotten used to mine, though I'm more careful about trying not to let it happen again. I posted a link to an article on how to fix such damage though in this thread: http://www.tsxclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7658.
