headlight condensation, had this happen before with my TSX after hard rain back in 2003. Moisture gets into the seals of the headlight assembly and that causes it to fog up. The dealer should be able to take care of it under warranty.
And you should get the dealer to take care of it under warranty. Let me guess, it's the left side of the car.
A small amount of fogging is normal. Start the car and turn the headlights on. If the moisture disappears in 1-2 minutes, then that's normal. But if it stays there after driving with the headlights on for a while, you should have them replace the headlight under warranty.
Ours had the fogging shortly after we bought the car. We scheduled a service appointment, but before we could get there (a week or so), the condensation filled up the electronics behind the light unit and shorted out the power inverter, killing the HID unit. Headlights were in stock but the inverter was on backorder and it took a few weeks to get the problem resolved.

it looks so ugly rite now... + the condensation... is not going away...

Ours has been fine since they replaced the headlight - no condensation at all.

Sounds like a definite warranty issue to me. If the lights aren't 100% completely sealed then there's a 100% chance that you'll eventually run into this problem. Take it into your nearest service center and have it fixed. In the unlikely event that you don't have the warranty anymore you can take the entire assembly out of the vehicle, take it apart, let the entire assembly dry out, then re-assemble everything (using silicone adhesive on all joints). Give everything a day or so to fully cure and then you should be good to go!

hello
your headlights should be 100% clear all the time!
(regardless of rain/temperature)
the headlights are "vented" to pull out excessive moisture.
however,i do know that a few TSX'S were built with defective headlight assemblies.
)as are alot of other cars for that matter)
(i.e. improperly moulded and sealed at the factory)

I too have this issue. I'm scheduled to have my car serviced on the 21st of Oct. The problem is really bad on the right hand side. But I just recently saw that the left is starting to act up. Tisk tisk. But they said that it should be covered under warranty. I'll let you know if I have any problems.

i had my passenger side replace under warranty a few months ago... same thing.. my dealer told me that the warranty would only cover up to 50K miles, i was just under at the time...

It just happened to my left housing..all condensationed up. The left regular burned out but the high beam still works. Anyway I thought I caught a shorted electrical smell coming from it. According to what you all stated it sounds like the inverter and the bulb (blacked out).
BTW: Mine's ten months old.
Thank God for the internet and this forum to spread the knowledge :)

yea the headlites r covered underwarranty =) so its all good
but its a hassle...
wen u get ur headlite fixed ie new bulb, new igniter <-- this is a must
make sure ur hid r the same color... wen i had mine fixed...
one was yellow while the other was blueish white..
so in the end..
they changed both bulbs and ignitor again...
and now they're both white =)
