Scraping Noise Coming From Windows

When I put my windows down I hear a scraping noise, sometimes worse than others.

I don't have tints, they are straight from the factory. My car didn't do this until recently.

I am thinking that something may be loose. Has anybody else had a similar problem. I think I am going to get the dealer to fix it, but I just don't like having to go through everything involved with taking my car to the dealer if I don't have to.

Take it in - I had that problem, and they said it was a bad something-or-other in the window motor.

Unfortunately for me, they didn't have parts so I was stuck with it for two weeks.

Yup - now the windows run smooth and quiet.

Took 'em two tries. The replacment motor was busted, so they had to replace the replacement. :)

Good to hear that everything is cool now. Just your luck right, having to replace the replacement!! I hope that doesn't happen to me too, I am taking it in next Thursday.
