If I have major complaints with a specific dealer on the way they handel each of their customers unfairly, and about my TSX, how would I contact them? All the problems I have been having with my TSX, the dealer is doing nothing but giving me run arounds. The manager doesn't really spend the time to find out what is really going on, all he does is slapping me free services of oil changes and other minor services he thinks that my car needs.
What do I do?

I would certainly go to another dealer. However, I would also write a letter to the current dealer detailing all your problems and how they did NOT help you. I would also copy Honda's main office in the USA and make sure they know about this dealer.
It is important to document EVERTHING - names, places, times, what happened, what didn't happen, etc. I also think it's important to be polite but firm. The last thing you want to do is piss anyone who could possibly help you off.
Good Luck!
Let us know how you make out.

I contacted the Acura HQ, they told me to go back to the same dealer, dropped my car back off for the warranty fix yesterday. Today they gave me a call stating that, my main harness is chewed by a rodent. I have 4 cars in my house; none of the car has any rodent issue. I have a 1992 civic EG6 sitting out side of my house in the main drive way by the trees for the past 9 years. That car is perfectly fine. Now my 2004 Acura TSX's main harness is chewed by a rodent. I went down to the dealer to take a look at the car, the wire looked like is faked cut and shredded, its the wire that is covered up by the fuel cap right above the fuel sensor harness. how can a mouse get in there? At this point there is nothing I can do really to prove them at fault and cutting the wires. My insurance is sending someone down there to take a look at the car.
again my reasons why i was at the dealer before all these are happening:
1. The light for the passenger seat warmer switch is busted.
2. I had a vibration issue when I break which was said to be due to the alignment, but after I paid the dealer a good amount of money for the fix, the car still vibrates. Now they are resurfacing the rotors for free.
3. Whenever I break, the driver seat slides a little. After 2 months of struggling with them, the dealer is now replacing the seat.
4. The dealer said the malfunction of the fuel gauge is due to the manufacture defect of the whole speedometer, I am hoping they are right, because I will be without a car for 3 days. And they said the parts are ordered, and never mentioned the price, hopefully they are covering that by warranty.

you are paying for repairs on a new car?!?!? i wouldn't stand for that. as far as the sliding seat goes. i had the same problem and they replaced the seat track. so far so good.

my TSX drivers seat slid of the rails twice and the dealer fixed it under warranty both times.

I Today they gave me a call stating that, my main harness is chewed by a rodent.
Did a search for "Rodent Damage Wiring" and it came up with over 40,000 hits.
Not just Hondas, it's everything.
I have a sneaky suspicion that they now use a more "environmentally friendly" insulation, something soybean based that the rodents find tasty. The old Honda wiring was probably something "environmentally unfriendly/owner friendly" that the critters hate.

I don't mind at all! I am without a car for 2 weeks now; insurance is going down to the dealer on Monday the 26th of Sept. to inspect the damage. I contacted 2 Acura dealers around me. They told me that they have about 3-4 rodent chewed wiring or harnesses a month. But they never ask the customer to replace the whole complete harness. And it is always by the warm engine bay area where the knock sensor (I am not sure if I spell that right) is at. They never seen it by the fuel pump where is sealed, and the only way to get in and out is a ventilation tubing that’s curvy and less than an inch diameter. What a smart mouse! But nothing I can do to prove that the wires are cut by the dealer, to fake the damage to make money...
At this point, the dealer already messed up my complete interior side driver side panel when they forced the seat out of the car during the replacement of my seat rail under warranty. They also made a small dent and scratch, by the door grove where is not fixable other than some touch up paint. They are going to replace their mistakes for free, but want to charge me over $2500 to replace the whole complete main wiring harness from the dash to the fuel pump. Total bullcrap! But nothing I can do at this point, thank god my insurance covered comprehensive damage with a low deductible of $200.00.
I only had my car for 1 day the past 2 weeks to take my sound system out of the car. I have been paying out of pocket 25.00 + tax a day for a rental car, because the dealer for some reason does not provide courtesy vehicle nor a loaner. I am just glad my insurance will also reimburse my rental.
I contacted Acura HQ, a person named Bob got on the phone with me and told me “we can not accuse the dealer for doing any fraudulent activity. He didn't even want to work with me about all my other complaints, he pretty much told me there is nothing he can do, and I should call the Better business bureau."
I contacted the better business bureau, and I am going to file the complaints, but what are they gonna do? Probably not much…
All I know is this dealer will get away with what ever they are doing, and nothing will happen to them, and they will continue have customers..
By the way...
Acura of Riverside, CA. That would be the dealer.
What a nightmare! I miss my non-luxury Civic....

They don't get off scot-free, because the bad publicity can hurt them.
People on these boards (at least) have been influenced by what they've seen about certain dealers.
Hope you will get satisfaction somehow. The most important thing is that the car should wind up in good shape. But.....what a hassle.
P.S. I don't think you can assume that the dealer did what you think.
