Actually......I did have that problem of the lights on the center stack (which people usually call "center console" even though that's really something else) went out.
It was covered, but it was a little hassle.
04 6mt 30000km
rotors wrapped at 20000km but I have my car running on a set of bend rims for a while. Warranty re-surface it.
Rattle from the front since 15000km, dunno if it is from bodykit or center concole. dealer still can't figure it out

1. constant whistling sound when the driver gives gas at 70-80 mph. The whistling sound is really very annoying. This has been observed for the automatic transmission only: Dealer says it's a Honda feature but I find that very hard to believe.

One... Hard to stabilize the speed of the car at 5th gear.
I start out at 68 mph, feather the gas to a point where it isn't accelerating, and sooner or later, it starts creeping slowly up. Usually have to let go of the gas a slight bit, let it go down, feather it to stable point, and watch it go up again.
The other gears seem OK. I've been able to hold constant speed pretty well at 50 mph at 4th gear.
It's hard to explain to the technicians, so I didn't even bother, plus, it keeps me awake on the long freeway drives.

Hmmm...I have noticed something like this. I wonder if it is the same thing.
BTW, I had the front rotors replaced by Acura around 18,000 miles. Lastly, I hear some rattling around the passenger side door when I blast the music. :D

could be the same problem. do a search, and you will find a thread with a post that includes pics of what we were talking about.
i did a temporary fix by installing wood shims, but, my fix was truly temporary...
someone that replied to the thread sent their car in, and the dealer re-welded the bad spot welds. according to the member, it's been 6mths and good as new...

1. Complete center console (clock, stereo, climate control) light went out on me twice.
2. Passenger heated bucket seat switch light went out on me once.
3. Front driverside seat slides.
4. Trunk no longer opens when car is unlocked, I now have to use the trunk button on the alarm or use the latch next to my front seat.
5. Fuel gauge sensor defected at 55,000 miles
6. Acura said my main wiring harness was chewed by a rodent but the place that it was chewed is not possible for a rodent to reach and i have no rodent problems at my house or the neighborhood. Main wiring harness was replaced, $2900.00.
7. Car vibrates when ever I break, Acura toss the alignment on the car for $80.00, still vibrates; now they resurfaced the rotor for free.
8. Recall on trunk wiring harness took 3 visits to Acura, at this time still not fixed.
9. When they are replacing the front seat rail under warranty, they dragged the seat out and scratched the whole interior driver side plastic panels, and also damaged the paint by the door.
10. The car is still at Acura at the moment, who knows what else is going to go wrong... hopefully when I get the car back and put my sub and 2 12s back in they work still, or i will be without my TSX for over a month...

Curse,
I have the same problem that you described in #2...what was the problem and how did you fix it? Was it under warranty? I asked the dealer about it when I was there for an oil change and he said it is likely just the bulb in the heated seat switch that is blow. Cost me $6 for the bulb but they suggested I do it myself because it would cost $95 labor. I thought it would be covered under warranty....
Thanks

Ashyne,
My dealer told me is the bulb that blew out, and if your car is under 50k it is cover under warrenty. But it involves taking your whole console apart, so make sure u double check all the bolts are still there after you get your car back, all the bolts on mine is missing right now...

I have lots problems that acura won't or don't know how to take care of.
1. Driver seat shift a bit. -acura don't know how to fix it.
2. door rattles. - acura don't know how to fix it.
3. radio, ac light went out 2 times - acura replaced them both times.
4. rear seat belt noise -don't want to fix it, they say it's a "characteristic porblem"
5. sun roof rattles -don't know how to fix it.
6. break paddle shake after hard breaking - it went away.
7. break heat sheild hitting the break makes noise -acura blamed on my exhaust, didn't fine the real problem. I took it in to the shop where I installed the exhaust, took them 2 min. to fix.
Although i have so many problem with the car, it's still a nice car and I still love it.

Wow I guess I am not the only one with a dumbass dealer around who shouldn't be there selling and fixing cars in the first place. I hate this whole private owned franchise dealer thing that car manufactures are doing. The quality of customer service and care do not meet the company's standard, yet the head quarter doesn't care about it.

I picked up my TSX on Aug 15th and had it back to the dealer on the 19th. The malfunction lamp came on along with a blinking key. The dealer replaced something called a ECM/PCM and an immobilizer unit all at the cost of $850 under warranty of course. My only other little issues are... MY XM doesn't work - it only plays two channels. It was working when I first got the car because I had programmed some stations. I'm sure it's and XM issue, I will call them to find out why I cannot get any other channels. Something is up with my +/- buttons on the CD player. I'm under the impression when you're hitting the + or - buttons the CD's are supposed to move up or down. In my case it doesn't. And one other little annoying thing is little sqeaking sound of my left wiper. So, overall - the car has been great - no major issues to deal with as of yet.

The known problem with the brake rotors, (that's why there should be no problem with re-surfacing under warranty. I believe a TSB was issued re. this)
- Grinding when shifting to reverse, hard shifting, slippage. 20,000 miles. Clutch and bearing replaced under warranty after little discussion. This is my 8th manual tranny car and I NEVER needed a new clutch under AT LEAST 60k. But they were very good about it.
That's about it. Gary

I had that as well. I thought it was some loose wires or something underneath where the wondow buttons are. I just sort of applied pressure with my fingers around where you put your fingers to pull the buttons up and down and the noise stopped. It was almost like it was just a bad fit and it needed to be kind of popped back into place. No rattles anymore!

The XM is only free for 90 days, after that your supposed to pay for it. As for the +/- buttons, on mine, when listening to a CD, they changed the track on the current CD. In order to change CDs you have to press the 1-6 for the right disk.

Only very minor problems so far...the current one is that the stupid lock/unlock button you pull up on the driver-side door gets stuck...and won't go down or up when I hit the button on the door panel or the remote...so...when you try and lock it with the FOB...it won't...I take it the other door locks get their cue from this main one..and vice versa...won't open either...have to do it manually with my fingers...my fingers dammit...just annoying...when I have time I'll have to take it back to the dealer...

Had her for 5 months - and no major problems to report! The car drives like a dream..
I had a major water leak in the back seat driver side twice... I had loud creaking windows... and I had a center armrest console that was too tight, when opening the top part the bottom would open with it... that got replaced, and I had to have the whole steering column replaced because it was coming apart at the seams.
The water problem put me over the edge and I got rid of the car. The dealer checked it out for 3 days and said that they couldn't find any leaks, but the next hard rain I had an aquarium in the back seat again.

I really don't have any complaints now, but I also had the "center armrest console that was too tight" problem. That was really annoying. I asked the salesguy about it, and he basically said that it'd loosen up over time. I know, it probably sounds like such a minor problem, but it made it really annoying to use the console. So, I took matters into my own hands and lubricated the hinge. Works great.
The only problem I had with mine is the rattles from the windshield. Acura took care of that. Everythin else is great so far. :ben:

Stuff I hade not brought back to get checked out yet:
1. Infamous winshield creak (on and off)
2. Driver side door rattle near the lock/unlock pin (on and off)
3. Temp gauge. Sometimes no matter if I select 'HI' or '20' (celsuis) 'HI' hot air blows out. (on and off)
4. No airflow to my feet when selecting feet only. Only when I have all the vents shut off manually and turn it up to fanspeed 5 do i get a trickle of air.
5. Heated seats are not consistant when heating.

I have had brake noise problem ever since the first day I picked up the car in 2003. Took the car back to dealership so many times and they kept on replaceing the pads for me. Nothing really worked out. I wrote a complain letter to Honda/Acura Canada. All they can do is ask me to go back to dealership to replace the pads again. I tried to asked them to replace other parts and they just kept on ignoring me. Now that I am all on my own because I put on too much mileage on the car already. It's 110000kms on my car. Sounds amazing to most people, but I do have to drive at least 120kms a day. I am going to buy some aftermarket rotors & pads to put on the car. Hopefully that'll solve the problem.
Problems so far I have w/ the TSX.
NO. 1, of course, the brake issue.
NO. 2, the rear brakes lights were once all burned - replaced by dealership
NO. 3, the display lights on the heated seat button were burnned weeks after picked up the car, dealership refused to fix that for free.
Nothing major only that brake thing is bothing me so much because everytime i hit the brake I have to hear that kind of sound that you press a knife through a plate. So freaky annoying!

Yesss, dealerships BS all the time in order to make $$$! If you know of any other mechanics that can service your car, then you should go to them and have it fixed! I'm sure it'll be way CHEAPER than what the dealership will give you!

That's too much of a double standard! If I were older than you, would you deny being with me if I wanted to be with you?! If so, then you're missing out! hahahah jk But seriously, you miss out on a good thing by putting too many limitations!
And as far as your last comment, I'm sure that is true for most men even at the age of 80! I'm sure Hugh Hefner is having a WONDERFUL time! I heard he doesn't date anyone over 30! They have to be in their 20's! hahahaha

Well... I really don't judge a person just by their age. I do tend to put certain limitation in finding or dating a girl though. The reason being is I guess the older you get, the more you know what you want when finding your significant other. Most importantly, it really depends if you feel comfortable with the person and that there is both an emotional and physical attraction.
Usually, age (older or younger) is not an important issue unless it is a huge difference.
From personal experience, older woman (25-29 yr) tend to be more mature and know how to have a great time. Nowadays... 19-21 yr olds won't fall for a old guy like me. hahaha!!! But I can always dream. :drool1:

3. the infamous AT whine/noise, dealer couldn't locate the problem, everything seems fine til this point, the noise didn't get worst so i lived with it.

Called the dealer they said to bring it in they are aware of the problem. I really didnt expect this feom an Acura!
Hope things get resolved! I guess some people just experience things more than others! :donno: Good luck!

other then that a little rattle in the drivers side door or speaker.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! But I will get my car cleaned (washed/detailed/leather conditioned) before the year is over! I can't start the new year with a dirty car! blehhhh...hehe :grinno:

I had a few problems when my car was new just off the lot. First, the alignment was bad. The dealer corrected this by performing a front-end alignment and rotating the two front tires. I also bought a few dealer installed accessories, one of which were fog lights. That techie didn't put back all the plastic snap-in fasteners or broke some and I didn't find out until many months later. I ended up spending like $25 on these snaps and put it in myself. The steering wheel console had a big gap after the fog light switch was put in. I complained to the service manager and the dealer replaced it a week later. The sunroof visor was warped and wouldn't mount flush. The techie said over time it would go down be flush to the roof. Yeah right! I complained to the service manager and the dealer replaced it a week later as well. Nothing new here, but I had problems with the center armrest console with the upper lid opening when I'm trying to open the lower compartment and closing the armrest was extra stiff. Just took my car in yesterday for a 20,000 mile service and told them about the armrest console. They lubbed the hinge and it's much better, but the upper compartment lid still doesn't catch properly. Oh, the outside temperature sensor was misreading after a car wash. It read 85 degrees, then went as low as 81 during the night, when it was in the 50s outside. The dealer said they couldn't duplicate the problem and it's working okay now. I'll have to keep my eye on this one. One last thing, my cd player just recently started skipping on some burned cds I made. It's on and off type of thing. Maybe running a cd cleaning disc may help? Lastly, the navi could operate a bit faster when calculating a route. I think it's a bit slow. Also, when looking up a store or restaurant name for example, it doesn't give me the ones closest to my location, but ones that are a couple of thousands miles away. I found if I narrow the search by city, then put the name in, it works much better. Other than these minor issues, I really love my TSX.

You can also preserve the front end from being peppered by little rocks on the road by putting on a nose mask. It's helped me a lot, especially driving here in Southern California where there are tons of trucks on the freeways and they're always kicking up rocks. Since your in the bay area and it's rainy all the time, maybe the nose mask isn't a good idea, cause you'll be putting it on and off so many times. What color is your TSX by the way?

To be honest, I actually don't like those things! hahahaha It kinda looks a bit tacky on a car (no offense). You can always use a CLEAR BRA instead! Those are unnoticeable and I'm sure works well! I was actually thinking of getting that, but I think it's a bit too late since I've had my car for more than a year now! haha  But thanks for the suggestion! :)

I don't really do anything out of the ordinary for anyone who values a dollar. Maintenance wise, I change the oil and filter every 8k to 10k using Mobil 1 Extended Performance and Purolator filter. Rotate the tires at every oil change. Check the suspension and brakes over really well at every rotation. Other than that, it's mostly just taking care of it day to day. Not too many redlines, no auto crossing, always premium fuel, just treating it like I care about it. I'm shooting for 300k on this one (I'm in sales and travel quite a lot).

That's cool. I would actually prefer not to have it on, because the car looks much better without it. However, my commute is long and I want to protect the front from being peppered. My last car was really bad, so to help preserve the front end, I got the nose mask. You might think this is tacky too, but I also got the metal trim kit for the interior. I really like it! In case you don't know, you can buy genuine Acura accessories for a really good price at: http://www.handa-accessories.com/tsx.html Check it out. i'm new to here and i just bought a used 2004 TSX. i found that when i release clutch first gear(especially). i hear some high pitch sqeeze noise coming from either the engine or tranny occuassionally.
Also, i see the center console(A/C and stereo unit) the light will go off after awhile, but i push anything again the light will pop on again. is that normal?
anyone have this type of experience?
the car have really weak heated seat and if i turn the climate control to auto, the fan is so loud and i have to use manuel to slow down the fan.
the car is over warranty already so i don't want the dealership rip me off to check out the tranny problem and the console issue.

^^^^ welcome to the site bighead! :wavey: Sorry to hear about your car problems! You might want to get that checked by a mechanic! Who knows how much the dealership will charge you for that! And I hope you bought it as a certified car since it's a USED car! The center console has been a major issue with the '04 models! You definitely might need to do a search on that since it has been discussed in the past! Not sure about the heated seats! How hot do you want them?! hehe I usually have it on LOW and it's still pretty hot to me, so it might depend on the persons preference on how hot they want their seats and how much they can handle with the heat!
Either way, good luck and hope things work out well for you!

Whew where do I begin.
1. One of the clips to the seat keeps popping out and its been fixed 3 times.
2. The center console with the temp, radio, etc.. has gone out.
3. The light on the passenger side heated seat marker has gone out.
4. The adapter by the shifter and the one in the console no longer work.
5. Rotors shake bad. They have been resurfaced and still messed up.
6. Passenger side headlight condensation.
I think within the next 3-6 months it will be time for something NEW!!!

The only problem I have w/ mine '06 NHB is the stereo says disc error and spit out all six cd's, Fountain Acura Of Orlando will be replacing the unit tomorrow, but they did cancel my speaker warranty on the car due to me having 3 custom 10" subs installed in the car. They were hooked into the rear factory speakers. They said power surges back into them!!!! I told them just change out the unit no big deal on the factory components. Factory rear speaker is $34.00 less my discount.

I really burnt my clutch last night. I hope I didn't wear out my clutch. Had a craving for pho so headed out to try a new place. The parking lot was screwed up... there were 2 speedbumps (small but tall ones - it take a little extra gas to get your tires over) right next to each other. Literally, it was right next to each other (1 tire space apart)... your tires go over one and then you need to go over it another one. The worst part is the speedbumps are in the middle of a steep hill... the parking lot is tight and traffic was moving slowly. gggrrrr..don't believe someone would design something so stupid.... MT drivers nightmare.
Hey TSXers,
I bought this 04 Auto used with 20K miles and it now has 40K. I thought this car was built for some years in Europe and we wouldn't have these bugs to deal with. ----WRONG-----
I have a click in the driveline when I start to pull away in Drive or Reverse.
I've read this has to do with the ABS suppossedly. Anyone that would engineer a system that simulates a mechanical malf in normal use is beyond me?????? This noise could be misinterpreted as a faulty motor mount allowing the engine to shift while under load.
I would be curious if all of you autos have this issue?
Just recently I've had the Audio,Lights, A/C-Heater, and the engine totally die and come back on at idle. Just for a second. The dealer said I needed a new battery. $80.00 battery from Autozone with higher CCA helps it start better and the problem is less noticable, but it's still there.
I'm not sure if this Acura still uses the Main Relay like my 92 Prelude? Any tech heads here with a electrical schematic??? I usually buy a book on all my cars in the past but I didn't think I'd need one so soon
Never thought I'd get a 4-door commutor sporty enough for my liking. This is the exception. 28-29 mpg in winter, 27-28 A/C summer, 75mph. 22mpg at 100. Not bad for a car this heavy.

[FONT=Comic Sans MS]New owner here from Vancouver. Purchased an '05 TSX with navi, 6spd in August of '05. Here's a list of problems I've had w/ my baby... :rotz:
1. Heard creaking/popping sound on driver A pillar after 2 months, dealership couldn't figure out why... suggested it was plastic screws shifting due to temperature change... since then no sounds.
2. WHOLE left side turning signals (inside and out) failed. Took it in to the dealership, couldn't figure out why it died... swapped whole new fuse box from another TSX.
3. Last week, CD-changer died... replaced by warrenty but somehow affected navi screen. The screen is now super dark. BROUGHT it back to dealer and they now have to replace navi screen... Baby's gonna be the shop 3 times in the past 2 wks.
4. Intermittent clicking sounds from clutch... could it be in need of a lube job?
Other than that, my baby's been a very fun car to drive. I love it still. it's 1.5yrs old... with 39100km's on it...

Hey, I'm about to purchase a 2005 Acura TSX with navi. We got an inspection done on the car through carchex and the report basically said that the only problem is that the brakes need to be repaired because the brakes "pulsate" over 15 mph. First of all, what does that mean? Second, is it covered under the warranty? Is it a serious problem that needs to be fixed immediately? I called a local Acura dealership to ask them and they said that it's not critical.

If the car is still on warranty (48 months or 50000 miles) Acura wil fix the brake problem..if its not on warranty I would have the seller take care of it or at least come
to some financial agreement on it.

glad you still like you tsx despite it's problems. had my 06, almost 13 months, bought new, it now has almost 33,000 miles. both the foglights cracked-replaced free by the Dealer, some a-hole scratched one of my headlights while it was parked at a mall-dealer replaced that free, had a rattle in the dash-fixed the first time and knock-on-wood it does not come back (it has been over 8 months). Getting the driver's side seat covering replaced free. (was assaulted by a sharp object that was on husbands belt. I am extremely pleased with my car and also the dealer. I can not refer to it as a stealership

Hmm... not anymore major problems yet. But I had some annoyances in the first few months:
1) Center console: The armrest would lift up both compartments. Dealer said it just needed to be lubed/worked. Forgot about that... then the heated seat icon on the drivers side stopped working- brought it in, still under warranty. They replaced the bulb- after telling me the switch "just pops right out". I got it back at night and didn't really look it over until the next morning. My console was ALL scratched up, like it had been pryed open using the wrong tool. Brought it right back and they said they'd swith out the entire console with an new one. So far so good.
2) Sunroof rattle/creak. Still can't figure it out. Probably just need to be lubed/fitted... but if I push up on it, it stops... I notice it more when it's cold out.
3) When I shut the doors, I always feel like they're going to shatter the windshield. I really don't slam them either, because I hate that. I just cringe everytime they shut because of the loud noise.
4) I have a Sirius installed. When I match the FM frequency: If I have the volume on the stereo all the way up and on the Sirius... it still isn't loud enough. But I think the volume when playing CD's is perfect.
5) Premium gas. But I suppose it's ok because you need gas to get to where you're going... just hurts to pay $3.40/gallon.
I guess that's all my little annoyances. Otherwise, I'm satisfied. Nice gas mileage on the highways... I drive about 75 miles/day. Get about 30mpg.

Rear Window Defroster/Radio Antenna: This is where the short is coming from that ruined my battery, Acura does not know what exactly it is, Charging me 95$ an Hour to examine and repair since im no longer under warranty, There predicting 5-7 hours to repair, thus minimum of 500$... so my First real repair bill is this:
2004 Acura TSX 50,000 Miles
Battery: 145+ plus Acura's install Fee
Wiring Short: 500$
HID Bulbs= 160$
+ Acura's general fee for looking over the car
Total predicted 900-1,000$ to get the car running again... ter****ingriffic

Well if i keep my car in the on position but dont turn the engine on and keep it like that for like 5 minutes playing music all of a sudden the cd will start skipping and then just shut off. Then when i try to turn on the car it wont turn over it will just sound like there is a power surge/shortage and all of the cel's and hazzar lights on the cluster will turn on. Also the temperature and gas gauge will drop to the bottom ever time i try to start the car. I wait like 5 min and turn it over again, and it hesitates for like 3 seconds and then it turns over and starts. Anyone know what can cause this or have the same problem?

Bought my 05 last spring and it is still under the certified used warranty. Had it in the shop this week for the creaking clutch and a strange power locking issue (randomly would decide not to unlock and would not allow manually pulling up either) Lubbed the clutch and replace a boot and replaced the powerlock actuator. Suprisingly they replaced my battery too. Didn't even tell me! When I got home I read it on the paperwork and sure enough there was a new battery. Stranger still is that it is about 20% smaller than the original. It says Acura and that it has a 100 month warranty so I guess I won't look a gift horse in the mouth.
Up to this point I always felt the battery seemed week but figured it was just how theis car started. No problems like the above post, but now it seems to start quite a bit easier

I am once again having problems with my Navi resetting on me while i drive. I've already had service take a look at it and they replaced the Navi control unit back in september and that looked like it fixed the problem back then. But then it happened again last night like twice and then once this morning. Any solutions? please PM me. Thanks.

at 22k miles, just came home from 3rd front brake service
first started with high pitch metal granding sound, rotor resurfaced, then front brakes vibrating/pulsating, resurfaced again and replaced pads, now front brakes making knocking/cracking noise, they replaced front rotors.
everything was under warranty but they say from now on, if problem comes back, they would have to look at it as wear and tear, bad driving habit and will not be covered....
Ofcourse, it's not possible for them to make this crappy brakes that goes wrong so fast... right....
I still have front driver side door panel rattling when driving on rough road or listening to music, that was supposly fixed from few visits ago... but i've given up and decided to just live with it or fix it myself later

Time to revive
2004 TSX 78,000mi
Doors rattled excessively due to factory speakers--dealer put more foam in doors (didn't completely fix it) >1000mi
-Something in navi system malfunctioned and caused it to get stuck on opening screen --replaced under warranty 6,000mi
-Rear wheel bearings constant whine--my fault (shorter springs) but replaced under warranty (Tim Smith Acura=the SHIT) 42,000mi
-Rear view mirror vibrates excessively making it hard to see detail--still an issue, dealer never ordered the mirror
-Rear pulley seal failed, leaky engine--replaced under warranty 50-60,000mi
-Air-conditioner failed, compressor literally fell apart internally--replaced under warranty (almost $3000) around 70,000mi
-Air-conditioner failed again due to compressor bolt backing out--fixed for free at dealer 78,000mi
-Headlights fill with condensation and surface is no longer smooth--haven't taken to dealer yet
This extended warranty has saved my butt a few times; well worth the investment.

+1 :werd:
That has annoyed me since day one. I've been trying to find something that I can stick along the top edge of the windshield (that is allowing the water to "jump" the channel that's supposed to go along the roof).
Pop me a PM if you figure this one out.

so far:
1. driver's seat squeak, brought to dealer for fix.
2. passenger door slightly out of alignment.
-seen this on several TSX's, dealer refuses to fix it.
that's it as of now, I'm a little over 4k miles.

I got water getting into both windows when rainning or carwash and dealer told me it is normal! But what I expected~~~ it is a BMW, yup, I am talking about my 6mth old 335i not the TSX.
I have 85000km on my 04 TSX, so far the problem that I have:
1, Rattle like crazy.... but end up they found out because I didn't forgot to put washer on when I installed my oem side skirt by myseft. Even it is my fault, they still cover it by warranty.
2, right heated seat bulb gone and never borther to deal with it at all
3, click clutch - got it fixed under warranty.
that's it, my 335i got more problems from its first week than all 4 hondas that I got from the past 20 yr.

How do they back that one up?
May as well leave a sleeping dog to lie until you've installed your J'S Racing fender braces, for that matter... you can fix it then!

this is off topic, but i dont have that problem on my 07 Z4 convertible. your dealership is full of it if they told you its normal.

Z4 won't lower the window by itself when door is open like the 3-series couple, so the Z4 window can close tightly.

Does the window lower itself very slightly when the door is opened? I have an 07 mini cooper that does the same thing..

I double check to verify, Z4's window also go down slightly when open door; goes up slightly when the door closes

It's not perceived, it's actual. If someone's driving a BMW, they either spend thousands of dollars keeping it fixed every 6 months, or they just trade it in for a new one every couple of years with money to burn. lol
BMW's look so hot, but I would only get one if I were to lease, and I don't believe in leasing.

I was throwing a code after about 5 months of purchasing the car, took it to the dealership, they replaced the oil control solenoid, problem fixed.
I also noticed a slight rattle coming from the glove box, havent fixed that yet but I hardly even notice it.

Acura replaced the rotors under warranty at 15K. The Dealer said it was unusual but after reading this thread it seems like a common problem.
No other problems.
