I feel same ... I am really happy with my short shifter:p
how much shorter are the shifts? does it make a big difference?

MUCH much shorter and crisp ... I love it I wouldn't be able to tell you in inches but it is well worth it ...... trust me
do u heppen to know if it makes it shorter then the neuspeed one?

I don't know because I haven't had that one on my TSX... but I would probably go with comptech first before going with Neuspeed just for reputation of the company
Hasn't Neuspeed been around longer than Comptech?? I would think both their qualities in the short shifter should be the same.

yea simple diy. takes about 20 minutes. do a search on acura-tsx forums. i did a write up there

Ok so how do you remove the center console (the part that holds the boot and cup holders). The Comptech instructions says to lift straight up starting from the front section, but mine doesn't want to budge. Even used my "Super Ninja Grip" and still doesn't want to break free. Any special techniques used here? Don't want to break anything on the new car.
