Picked up a Lexus IS300 on Friday
After searching long and hard, finally decided to pull the trigger. Picked this up last Friday.
2001 Lexus IS300 5AT with LSD in Graphite Grey Pearl with 78,000kms.
previously owned by a Lexus mechanic. It's been a week and I've been very very happy with it.
Also, weee 6000th post!

noooo...should've gotten the stick!! the lexus(toyota) clutch is fun to engage too!!
but anyway...I've always loved the car...that's the ONLY car, aside from the rx300...to pull of the "altezza" style lights...haha...
good pick up...drop it like it's hot...and before you get wheels...try just putting spacers first...cuz I've always thought the IS300 wheels are MONEY

If I were to get another car, it would actually be the is300 too. For some reason I think of the is300 as a sort of a classic. No other car looks like it, and it's very distinctive. Only thing I didnt like about it was that it sucked in bad weather.

Trying to find springs & shocks. Probably going with H&R springs + Bilstein shocks.
18"s are coming next.. been looking for dark chrome taillights too.
