Switch Turn SIgnal with Side Marker Accord 2003 Euro

Hi Guys,

Sorry if posting in the wrong thread, but here is my main question with few sub questions:
-Is it possible to switch the places of front headlight turn signal with the side marker?
*Will that harm the electircal installation of the car?
*Could the W5W bulb burn or socket melt? - provided that W5W will be blinking.
*Could the W21W bulb melt the reflector and the polycarbonate "glass"? - provided that the W21W will be constantly on for a long period of time.

Here is the idea behind this: I came up with this idea when I decided to mount DRL module, so I thought why not use the side marker as DRL, and to make it more visible switch it's place with that of the Turn Signal.

Thanks in advance!
