Killing some time so posted this thread asking to list the artists in your ipod. and the type of ipod you have...

i have a ipod touch 16gig and in it i have

I have an 8GB 4th Gen Nano halfway filled up, I just rotate the music, I don't see the point of having 80GB of music when you probably only listen o about 4GB of it.

It's called shuffle, so yes, I listen to all 80 GB. Somedays I can listen to three different Alice in Chains songs on my way too and from work, and other days I get three different Gatecrasher songs, or two different Paul Van Dyk songs. It's like each day it reshuffles everything and sometimes I get mostly rock, and other days I get mostly techno/trance. It's rather amusing.

Maybe its just me but Im content with just 8GB of music, Im usually not in the car for more than an hour at the time. Plus if I really dont listen to something there no need to have it in there. Even on shuffle I dont go through all my songs. Plus I go back and forth between the radio and music. In the morning I listen to the radio after noon and evening iPod. So Its not always the iPod.

Well, you have to understand that there are a lot of people who may have a pretty big library to store all that music! You may be content with what you have, but for someone like me who gets new sh*t on a regular, I definitely keep it on my iPod! That's why I'm constantly updating my iPod! hahahaha

Besides, people have different moods! You may want to listen to classical one day, and then rock the next! There's too much music out there to limit myself to one classical or rock band! Sorry, that's impossible for someone like me!

I'll enjoy music new and old and I still have a few new ones I need to listen to, download to my iPod, and burn to a cd! Just call me the musicman...errrr....woman!

Like I said, you may be content with what you got, but I'm never content as long as there is new music to be listened to!
