I saw it a couple of weeks ago. Although I thought some parts were really freaky/scary, I wasn't scared to go to sleep or anything. It didn't even make me paranoid of my house or surroundings
On the other hand some of my friends claim that it's the scariest movie they've ever seen...so it's kind of a hit or miss type movie.

^ Bootlegged it probably lol. I watched it when it came out here in DC. My friends were paranoid as hell and I was kinda wondering when I heard noises and what not but nothing too bad. They couldn't sleep alone for a few days though and kept holding sleepovers haha (they're all 24+ too).
I hated the ending and I heard they're contemplating releasing another version with the original ending which from my reading is wayyyy better and more realistic. I think they changed it since the original ending was a bit too graphic/realistic for some. Overall it was one of the better movies I've seen that is freaky for a while. Made it in a wkend with like a $15K budget so not too bad or a return haha.

its a great Slow burn movie, pretty funny, pretty scary to some! I saw at the theaters before it went nationwide at a 12a.m. showing in a packed theater, that definetly added to the move and hell for $11k to make and over millions made I say major props to the director and everyone involved.
