Keep 04 TSX, or Trade for 06 330xi
So heres my delema guys, right now I am leaning towards the BMW, but figured what the hell, I'll make a poll and see what everyone else thinks...
So my car is an 04 TSX, 5AT non Navi, 64,000+ with a whole bunch of mods, I've had the car for almost 6 years now, and to be honest Im getting kinda bored, especially of driving an Automatic every day, and Having a lowered car with aftermarket suspension is starting to give me a headache too.... which is why I've been talking about looking for a new(for me) car some time soon...
My Mom's buying a new Car, Shes getting a new 328 xi Coupe, Black with a Dark Tan interior, beautiful car... but what I was in turn offered is a chance to buy out her old car, for pretty much the price of my TSX sold, and a little bit of financing...
The BMW's specs is this
2006 330 xi (E90)
6 Speed Manual
260 HP Inline 6
Premium Package
Navigation Package
Sports Package
18' Wheel Option
Alpine White
Tan Interior
50,000 miles
 Borrowed from e90post.com
The BMW is a hell of a car, but im very much attached to my TSX, so im having trouble with this decision.... So what do you guys think?

part out tsx, sell tsx, and then take moms 330xi with 3k in your pocket to mod the 330.
SORRY didnt see that option on the list even though it should be there.

AWD and Manual FTW!

screw the 330xi. I drove a 330i for 10 months and I can tell you now... you will lose your shirt trying to keep up with the maintenance on ANY BMW...
Don't believe me? Well here's the link to the one I'm getting rid of.

I even took the pics myself

my brother has a 335i and he doesn't have to take it in for service that often.

There's a lot of complaints about the new 335 regarding their turbos reliability. And +1 on the maintenance. My brother-in-law had the previous model M3 and he traded it in and got a Civic SI. The M3 was maintenanced almost every other month!

I voted TSX. But if you have the money to pay for maintenance w/out a problem then go Bimmer. I basically pay nothing for maintenance past the fluid changes and standard oil changes. I also think the TSX looks better. But AWD and 260hp is tempting.

At least you know the history of the car to help you in this decision. It sounds like the maintenance issues with this car are hit or miss. If your mom had a lot of problems with the car and did not get the routine maintenance completed I would say pass. On the other hand if the car was taken care of and she did not have any issues, get an extended warranty and get rid of the TSX.

I would keep the TSX depending on how much a "little financing" on top of the sale of the TSX it would be. For me it would be a bad decision because I am getting laid off. Getting my TSX in the first place was already a bad decision (financially). However, it is much better than a Dodge Stratus :P
