Don, if these are the Tein S-techs that I had on the TSX before I sold it to you, here's some useful info that some here may benefit from.

I bought these S-Techs and had them on for 3-4k miles on them IIRC and then switched to Buddy Club N+ coils. So really, these springs have very little use on them. I had the S-techs put on when I parted out the N+'s, and I believe Don drove on them for a bit, but regardless, these springs have little use on them and should be in good condition, however I'll let Don chime in with his say on them.

After i bought the car i used them less than 1k on the car has 14,021 miles on it now. I bought the car with 13,200 miles on it. I replace them with h&r race springs for a lower stance and stiffer ride. So in total they have around 4-5k miles on them.
