Love Mercedes Tour!
I had the opportunity to goto the Love Mercedes Tour driving event held at Arlington Raceway in Arlington Heights on Friday. The wait in line and the weather wasn't that great....cold and rainy, but I had fun!

Had the opportunity to drive the new SLK350, man are those sweet! It was fun peeling out, squealing the tires, and feeling the the traction control kick in and the rain slick track was great! ABS was effective and sometimes fun to feel it work as I slammed on the brakes at a sharp turn!

C320, okay, very quick and nimble handling.

E320 CDI, a lot of power and mad torque in that car, very smooth and quiet for a diesel. I was surprised!

S430 was very cool, a very nimble handling car and it was fast even for its size!

Definitely, Love the new SLK350 and new CLS500. I found new appreciation and love towards MB. Overall a great experience at this event!

A bunch of my relatives and family drive Mercedes, I may one day drive one myself, MB's are simply amazing!

I'll post some pics later after I resize them...

The Love Mercedes Tour is going to wrap up in Dallas Oct. 22nd-24th. johnej, you may want to take note. This event is fun, you'll have a a great time driving these new MBs. Also, to anyone else in the DFW area.

remember we had the old SLK 230 for few days. and LOVE IT!!!

You'll be amazed about the SLK, I know I was. The new SLK handles really well on the wet roads. I was sliding all over the track, but the car still had grip on the road! Amazing!

The E320 CDI, now thats amazing! 201HP@369 Torque@1800RPM.
