2004 TSX misfire

I have a 2004 Tsx that puts off a misfire cylinder 1 CEL. I moved the coil pack from the 3rd cylinder and moved it to the 1st, reset CEL, then in a few days the CEL popped up with cylinder 1 misfire. Does this mean that I need to change that specific ignition coil? In the last 2 months I have gotten brand new spark plugs and 4 new ignition coils. will this solve my misfire and rough idle problem? Or is it gonna be deeper in the motor?

If you swapped out coil packs and you keep getting cylinder 1 it's not the coil pack.

What CEL did the car throw?

I would do a compression check to rule out a major engine issue, if all is well I would then swap the current cyl 1 injector with one of the others and see if the problem follows
