We've updated our reliability stats for the TSX to include owner experiences through September 30, 2015. In terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year:

2008 TSX: 25, low
2007 TSX: 46, low, small sample size
2006 TSX: 25, low
2005 TSX: 66, low, small sample size
2004 TSX: 42, low

We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds", to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop:

2006 TSX: 78, < 1

We'll have further updates in February and in May. Additional participants are needed to provide precise stats for all model years.

We've updated our reliability stats for the TSX to include owner experiences through the end of 2015, about eight months ahead of other sources. In terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year--lower is better:

2008 TSX: 21, low, small sample size
2007 TSX: 42, low, small sample size
2006 TSX: 30, low
2005 TSX: 72, moderate, small sample size
2004 TSX: 32, low

We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds", to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop:

2006 TSX: 73, < 1

No stat, or a small sample size? Then we especially need more owners involved for that model year.

We've updated our reliability stats for the TSX to include owner experiences through June 30, 2016.

Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year (lower is better):

2008 TSX: 26, low, small sample size
2007 TSX: 37, low, small sample size
2006 TSX: 42, low
2005 TSX: 92, moderate, small sample size
2004 TSX: 62, low

We have two additional statistics, "Nada-odds" and "Lemon-odds", to indicate the percentage of cars with no repairs in the past year and those that required 3+ trips to the repair shop:

2006 TSX: 68, < 1

As always, additional participants would be very helpful, especially for years with small sample sizes.

The Acura TSX is the most reliable compact luxury sedan in the Long Term Quality Index rating. It even beats out the Lexus IS series.
