Speedometer is dead CEL P0720

I have an 04 TSX manual and it threw a code P0720 after replacing the clutch. It indicated "Output shaft Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction." I already replaced the output shaft speed sensor but it didn't solve the problem. I already checked the wires and they had no problems either. Even since the CEL is on the speedometer is dead as well as the odometer. Only the tachometer is working. I have done some research and it seems like there are quite a few people having the same issue (thrown the same code but replacing the speed sensor didn't solve the problem).

The only solution I found is in this thread.

I will give it a try tomorrow to see if it will solve the problem. Does anyone else have the same issue with another solution?

Thanks.
