Cyde stated this method to save money. But i'm still abit confused about how to do your own customs brokerage.

Is there anything like this in the eastern states?
I've been trying to goole it, but couldn't figure out the "magic word".

I just did that~!!!

The place is called US ADDRESS, I just pick up my new WEDS Rims/ Yokohama Tires from there, they only charged $10 (or $20 for Big package) for handling fee, and charged $5 for everyweek (per package) storage. So you have the flexibility to pick up anytime when you are free.

I went to do some outlet shopping da whole day w/ my gf, and smuggle it over @ 3:00a.m @ da border... lol. NO TAX. I showed ALL (besides the expensive ones) receipt and told the staff I'm a bit over the purchase limit, and they just let me go.

Even if there's tax on the rims/tires, it will still be cheaper than UPS-straight to ya house, because you can control the amount (e.g Modify receipt).
