Arrow Ultimate head package! Ported RRC, RBC, Supertech

The ultimate head package! Prices below are what I have into the parts. Depending on what bundle you want to purchase, I can work out a deal. PM me with what you want and price you’re willing to pay. I would love to sell the whole lot in one shot. Huge discount if this is possible. I’m located in southern NH. Even better if you can pick them up.

Background to the throttle and manifold porting. The thermal gaskets are pinned to the manifold. Gaskets are pinned to the RRC via small pilot holes. Same for the head and throttle body. Pilot holes and pins puts the gaskets and the manifold at the same spot with every removal and install. Pins are spring pins which allow for thermal expansion. Old racers trick. This allows for a seamless transition from RRC manifold into the head, and from throttle body into the RRC. Parts are really meant to work together as they are pinned and ported to match each other.

Supertech Performance Bronze Valve Guides GDE-HK55-I-E $75
Supertech Performance Valve Stem Seals SUP-VS-H5.5I/E-K $21
Supertech Performance Standard Size Intake & Exhaust Valve Set HIVN-1020 / HEVN-1020 $240
Supertech Performance Valve Locks / Keepers KPR-5.5-7A-ST $70

Supertech Performance SPRK-H1007BE-1 Spring & Ti Retainer Kit $440
Seat Press 75lbs @38.7mm
Single Beehive Valve Springs
Springs: SPR-H1007BE-1
Retainers: RET-H55BE-T1
Seat: SEAT-HKBE1

12204-PNA-305 Intake Guide, Valve (Over Size) $9 each
12205-PNA-305 Guide, Exhuast Valve (Over Size) $12 each
Honda Part No.: 07742-0010100 Valve Guide Driver $14
17228-RBC-010 Intake tube for RBC & RRC manifolds $56
HPT Valve spring compressor SC-30015 $90

MaxBore 66mm bore $125 + $35 for thinner throttle body shaft. Coolant tubes removed and filled. Shaft is machined to a thinner profile to reduce turbulence. Shipping to and from MaxBore $25. Thermal gasket $15. Thermal gasket is pinned to the TB and port matched to the throttle and RRC. Seamless transition between the throttle and RRC. Throttle itself $120. Total $320

RRC manifold $500. Never used. Hand ported to perfection. A lot of time spent measuring each runner ID, and entrance radius. I have ported many manifolds including two NSX manifolds. This is not smooth runners only deal. A lot of time was put into making sure each runner is true with each other, and entrance radii matches throughout. Hondata thermal gasket $35. Phenix Industries elbow J2690-3 ($18), adapter A6239-3 ($8), M12x1.50 weld in adapter ($10). The weld in adapter can be welded under the manifold. This allows the brake booster vacuum line to be hidden under the manifold. Cleaner look! The way it is with adapters $800. Want it welded $70 additional. I can weld in the adapters at any location the new owner requests. I can weld in additional adapters at $20 each. It all depends on the setup, and what you’re trying to achieve.

RBC head with only 28K. As you can see from the cam bearings and rollers there is no wear. The inner chamber of the head has had all the casting bumps smoothed down. No reshaping of the chamber, just deburring and polishing of the surface. The intake and exhaust ports have had the middle divider thinned down, then the ports were blended into the valve seats. No reshaping of the ceiling nor floor of the port. All the oem parts the head came with are included. I value the head at $500 the way it is.

See pin in the bottom left corner of gasket. Gasket is port matched with IM.

Here is the gasket port matched to the RRC and throttle. Seamless!

This is the gasket that meets the runners into the head. Every runnerís gasket is ported to match the head. No steps from the RRC into the head.

Rough draft likes this.

Incredible port work. Hopefully you can sell this all together. Jealous of the future owner.

Many MR2 and lotus exige folk swap in K20s and K24s... I think those that are track dedicated would be interested in this kit.

Have you tried posting on K20a.org? Pretty sure someone will show interest there.
