tires fitment spacers

A couple questions. Any answers please respond! 18" x 9.5 with a +22 offset (all 4) 1. What tire sizes should i get? (ive been told different things every time i ask somebody) keep in mind i know various sizes will fit but id like something that wont cause a lot of hassle with scraping etc...
