Hello everyone like the title says, I have been trying to remove the 02 sensor on the cat and have not been successful. I heated with a (yellow bottle) torch and mixes of penetrating oil over 2 days and no success. It has now gotten to the point where the sensor is beginning to strip so I am going to an alternate route. I am thinking of cutting the rusted bolts off of the cat and replace the 02 sensor.

I cannot find a diagram of where the connector is located going back into the (frame rail?) or even how to remove it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pictures are welcomed

It is under the passenger seat (access from rear seat floor area).

I took a 22 mm socket, cut a slit for the wire and put a ring around it to hold it strong, works like a charm, if youre interested in making something like it i can gladly take some pics of it.
